WEATHER - Storms again this week with the worst days being Thursday and Friday giving readings of 35mph Westerly winds and very heavy rainfall especially on Friday. Weather warnings are in place for Friday and into the weekend. Saturday will start to calm down and Monday and Tuesday will be quite calm but most days will be wet with a little sunshine here and there. Wednesday will then pick up again with high South Easterly winds. WIND - High winds through the week again especially on Friday with winds up to 36 mph South Westerlies. The rest of the week will have moderate winds around 20 mph except for Wednesday when the wind will pick up back to 33mph Southerly. Lighter winds will be on Tuesday and may be heading from the East.
SEA STATE and SWELL - Sea state and swell will change dramatically through the week with very rough seas and huge swell on Friday and stormy again on Wednesday. The rest of the week will have moderate sea conditions and calmer on Tuesday with possibly lighter offshore winds.

SCUBA DIVING WALES, SOUTH WALES CARDIFF, SWANSEA, LLANELLI, CARMARTHENSHIRE - Very turbulent conditions on the coast this week, big winds and big swells again across the South Wales region with unsuitable diving conditions on most days this week. The only day may be Tuesday next week with lighter winds and lower swells.
PADI Open Water Diver, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, PADI Rescue Diver courses and PADI Divemaster - Again unsuitable diving conditions this week with bad weather, high winds, big swells and generally stormy conditions. This weekend we are heading inland to run the Open Water Diver course as well as the PADI Advanced Open Water course and the PADI Rescue Diver course. Matt, Emily, Johanna will be aiming for their PADI Open Water Diver, Gemma on the PADI Advanced Open Water and Ben on the PADI Rescue Diver.
